With over 10 years of industry experience, we are well versed in the art of turning your vision into reality. Our engineers possess the professional expertise to spearhead high level sessions in an efficient and effective manner while experimenting with new sounds and exploring creativity.
Mike Gevaza
Continental co-founder Mike Gevaza has been recording, producing, and performing music in NYC since 2000. Mike founded Continental Recording Company in 2010, where he enjoys working with artists in all stages of their career (and facilitating the creative process?). He specializes in hip hop, R&B, pop, and rock. Mike is driven by his passion for music and his love of recording. His recording style employs the use of modern technology while maintaining traditional techniques. Mike has worked with artists including Misterwives, Rahzel, Tyrone Briggs, Travie McCoy, and many more.
Matt Gevaza
Continental co-founder Matt has been active in the NYC music scene for over 15 years, cutting his teeth at some of the city’s most storied venues. Matt’s passion for developing up and coming artists has manifested in the creation of Electric Giant Productions,Continental’s affiliate record label/publishing company. Matt is an alumni of NYU’s Music Business Graduate Program, and his focus is on connecting myriad artists who record at Continental with the industry at large.
